electronic shutter mode

Just a quick question, I do not have a Nikon1, but a Panasonic m43 (g5) and really like the electronic shutter, allows much sharper pictures at the tele end of the spectrum. However, even at really fast shutter speeds (say 1/640) you get some distortion if you (camera) or the subject move, as I undertand the readout takes about 1/100 of a second. Is there any such effect with the Nikon1 cameras?
