Thinking of buying XS-1, but how is focus accuracy and speed?

I think the X-S1 is good enough to be the only camera/lens system I have that has autofocus focal length greater than equivalent 300 mm. You have to understand how it focuses to get the fastest and most accurate results (and that's actually the same with any AF camera).
