Win8 user experience tested by Jakob Nielsen

I've never used Lightroom, but AfterShot sounds pretty appealing. Especially since it can browse the folder system I've built over the last 10 years. 
I actually tried Lightroom when Adobe had the initial trial period when they first released it and I couldn't see the point. Didn't try hard enough I suppose

I think something like that would really help my wife, who spends a lot of time sorting images between folders and never quite seems to grasp the concept of destructive editing.
