They will not seem magnified, they will be magnified so the blur will be greater in the final output if the output size is the same.
Only if you blow up the 'crop' so it is bigger than the equivalent crop from the larger sensor camera. Even so, the depth of field (blur) will not appear to change.
Amount of blur and depth of field are not the same.
