Does A DSLR APS-C Camera Produce Creamier Bokeh Than A Mirrorless APS-C Camera?

So if you take a lens and put it on a FF camera and then on an M43 camera (and take pics from the same spot aiming at the same subject), the ONLY difference will the the M43 image will appear more cropped and blurred objects in the pic will seem magnified.
