When taking an image with a DSLR camera there is no mirror at place. It's the same with a mirrorless camera...

I think you are seeing years and years of images taken with traditional DSLR cameras and comparing them to mirrorless APS-C camera images which are very few in comparison.

Is it OK to tell you this forum is about 4/3 sensor cameras? You know, we don't deal much with thatbig APS-C stuff...
