FZ200 - Zoom maxed out on a very distant Hawk

Don't know if things have changed for the FZ200, but on my FZ150 the following shows up in my viewfinder when fully zoomed:

Intelligent Zoom off, Digital Zoom off ------ 24x

Intelligent Zoom on, Digital zoom off ------ 32x

Intelligent Zoom on, Digital Zoom on ------ 128x

Snapped a few pics at each setting. No post processing, Jpegs, all shot at 12m, +1 sharp, -2 noise

I borrowed my neighbors car across the street for the pics

Actually even the 128x shot isn't all that bad as long as you don't look at it at 100%

24x, Izoom off, Digital Zoom off

32x, Izoom on, Digital zoom off

128x, Izoom on, Digital zoom on 2400mm equivalent? Yikes!!
