All excellent gear but I am wondering if you really need gear that is so heavy and expensive if you only need it for a web portfolio? I prefer someting a bit lighter and less conspicuous for street. The 180mm is better for reach, my 70~200 being much heavier and also eye catching. A 24~70 is a good choice but I prefer the extra reach, VR and lighter weight of the 24~120mm VR.
The 70~200 is an excellent landscape lens but perhaps less so if you intend to hike a long way first. I like it enough to take it anyway.
