1) Set mode to Manual.

2) Turn dial to slow shutter speed.

3) Keep turning until shutter speed reads "bulb".

4) Set other exposure options as desired.

5) Hold down shutter button for length of exposure desired.

If the length of time desired is longer than is practical for physically holding down the shutter, purchase a remote shutter release with a timer.
