D800: what's the point?

D800E for landscapes; D800 for people.

If you are doing people with clothing (weddings for example) the D800 is a much better choice because moire can just ruin a critical shot with fabric.

If you are doing landscape (or even some architectural) work, the D800E, with its AA filters that cancel each other, might be a strong consideration.

All the other cameras based on budget and existing lenses.
