G5 & GH2 EVF sensor

I just read the dpreview review for the GH2, and they complain about the EVF sensor on the GH2 being too sensitive, even in the "low" setting. Apparently if you move your hand or finger within 1.5" of the sensor, it activates the EVF and the LCD shuts off.

That sounds really annoying. Does the new G5 have the same problem?
