OM-D EM-5 card requirements

Planning to buy an EM-5 and wanted to know what the card requirements are. The manual says Class 6 or better.
Does the camera benefit from UHS-1 or a higher class. The manual says it support UHS-1, but does it help?
I would have thought this had been discussed, but couldn't find anything. Thanks
