Hi Mike,

Silkypix will work ... Free

Lightroom is good and relatively intuitive to use and fulfills all your criteria ... To buy, Not Cheap..

ACR & Photoshop is the industry standard and the most comprehensive but is a serious overkill just for basic PP... To buy, very Expensive!

There are many free work arounds but you often use several programmes to get a result.

I'd recommend LR4 in your circumstances
