"studio" is a broad term...

I have a studio - window light, decorated walls and screens and muslins, track system, dedicated high key area (3 sep shooting areas) plus 2 acres outside.
I have 2 lights on wheels - beuty dish and 3x4 softboxes, third light has a 1x4 strip box, and the high key also has dedicated BG lights. all are interfit lights, 150ws for BG, 300 and 600 are the others. Plus 2 large fabric reflectors.

Gear wise 5D3, 5D2 x2, 5D, 40D. 580-2 X3, metx 54 on a stick, PW plus and Flex units. 15 fish, 16-35 2.8, 24-70 2.8 X2, 35 1.4, 85 1.8, 85 1.2, 70-200 2.8 IS X2, 135 F2 (I shoot weddings with an assistant plus do sports leagues - all this gear gets used and often). Various remots and timers and things as well.

Also have a pair of 300ws ac/dc monolights from interfit for weddings/sport leagues, an alien bee batter setup, a couple of other 300 ws monolights for travel uses (fun station, school pics, etc).

3 BG stand setups, a 6x12 cargo trailer to  store/transport the sports stuff in (tables, chairs, tents, risers, etc). Handy for bridal shows too.
All the 'extra' gear means i don't have to break down anything to go shoot a wedding or sports league - less wear and tear on gear and more oppurtunities - like a few saturdays a go when we had a soccer league in the morning, a senior at the studio at 1, then a HS reunion shoot at one locaiton and a sweet 16 funstation gig at another.
Also have a couple of laptops, projector, couple of tower units with multiple for office/editing, 24" canon 6100 printer, a small canon for printing receipts and CDs, a multifunction laser/copier and a color laser (new last week as the old one just died) for printing marketing materials, prices books, etc, and a couple of dymo label printers for labels, postage, etc.
Also have framing ability (need an underpinner next i think), gallery wrap making,  a couple of mastercut 2s, a paper stack cuttter for trimming booklets. I also have bookbinding capability but haven't done that for a client as of yet.

And no debt.

New this year - the 5D3, the laser printer (replacement), a new editing computer is enroute (upgrade -tired of LR4 being so damned slow - if an intel 6 core multithreaded processor, 16g ram and SSD don't fix it I surrender!)  Love the new printer - way better than the old one in print quality (and cheaper and faster too!), the 5D3 has nice high iso and some useable features but I don't like the way it meters or the eTTL system on it at all.

Does that answer your question?
