Auxillary Lenses

So if I have a Nikon D5100 with a kit lens 18-55mm, would any of these be worth my time

Precision Design 2.5 Telephoto & .45x Wide-Angle Digital Lenses -- cost $25 for both

Precision Design 0.20x HD High Definition Fisheye lens  -- cost $54

Now I'm a complete beginner (haven't bought the camera yet).  I am just trying to figure out the most bang for the little bucks I can spend.  I know these are not lenses in themselves, but rather screw into your other lenses.

Has anyone played with these?  What did you think?  Not much on google about them.
