As Peter correctly answered, they are monolights, they do not need generators/power packs. But...
If you buy from the US, they will come with 110 V modeling lights. You will need to replace these with 220 V modeling lights before you attempt to plug them in. The lights themselves, including the flash tubes, are multivoltage. The halogen modeling lights are not.
