Do you use 5D III plus 24-105 as travel camera?

As a longtime 24-70 mk1 user but a new 5D3 owner I just made a switch to the 24-105to lighten my load and to have a bit more reach with a walk around lens. The mk3's higher ISO usability and the IS on the 24-105 easily compensates for the 2.8 on the former lens. I'm traveling with it this week for the first time and will bring with me:

I'm sure the 24-105 will stay on most of the time except in the evening and indoors where the 50 will be on instead. Then there are the landscape shots. I like the 24 perspective but the low end is a bit soft and would rather use the middle focal length of the UWA for my 10 stop ND landscapes and High Key images of the mountains.
