I have taken the plunge and am buying into Samsung in reverse .... I have decided that there is much to like ... enough for me to buy once the initial high price comes in.... the plan is to buy a Twin lens NX camera ... and i now have committed to buy the 20 and the 30 ..... they are just an astonishing price .....

Then i will either buy the NX210 .....when the new camera comes out ... and it drops ever further or if the new camera has a good articulating screen i may just buy that

I shoot Pentax too.  The prices are excellent on the Samsung NX line, and the cameras are good. Sony NEX has sort of poor controls, the Samsung models their controls off their older GX series cameras (the rebadged Pentax models) so they should be quite similar.

I have an NX20 and NX200 (IR converted), and really like both of them. I dabbled around with NEX too, and like the grip on the NEX 6 and 7, but the cameras are bit frustrating to use and all the lenses are either large or mediocre at best.

The new 12-24mm f/4-5.6 is an amazing deal if you like ultra-wide lenses (and very compact, kit lens size), but some people have been getting good deals on the 16mm f/2.4 and the pancake nature makes that lens tempting. The new 45mm f/1.8, about double-stack pancake size looks very promising as well, I think that one is due out in a month or two.
