KEH sent me a D3 with 272,000?

I bought a D3 camera from KEH in excellent shape however when I ran the shutter actuations it had 272,000 releases on it.. Would you keep such a camera or send it back for another? KEH claims they do not do any shutter actuations on their cameras. So this might be a hit or miss for me in trying for a low shutter camera. Help..
