Is this a good fullframe setup?

Do you think the F4 zoomlens will do compared to the setup you had with the 7D (almost exactly the same as I had) ? Or will I definitely miss not having a F2.8 lens?

I might even be a bit bold and go for primes only. There's a very nice package on sale here in Belgium for about € 1.000 (http://www.artencraft.be/nl/nikon-limited-koffer-f18---reserveer-nu-66505) which holds three very nice primes.
