I don't know all about that. But perhaps he should say, "imo, there's a flaw in the door design." Magazine (online too) reviewers critique stuff like this all of the time. Consumer report etc.

I don't have any issues so far with the doors etc. BUT, companies have been known to address problems due to consistent consumer masses complaints. So that would mean that even the "experts" get it wrong more often than many want to admit. Just look at many of the Big 3 auto industry "flaws" over the years that they'd continued to ignored and eventually came back to haunt them, or had to address via recalls. So um no, I don't see anything wrong with the poster questioning sincerely about the issues that maybe others might be experiencing.

What I find annoying is when whiners find flaws in everything. But I also find it just as annoying when you have the opposite extreme where people are in denial and will go with the flow.
