A99 fault in body design

I agree those components don't feel as robust as they should, especially given the price.

Although I'm sure there are engineers at Sony who are paid to ensure these things are in fact robust and weather-sealed as advertised, it's not as though corporations don't choose to save some dollars here and there with less than ideal components and/or construction. To undercut a consumer's opinion simply because it is a layman's opinion doesn't seem productive.
