Same in Canada currently... although a few years ago it was 16%.

America is about 15% I think.... hit it's highest this year, since the 60's.

Of course America has the most 'well to do" poor people in the world....HD TV's, cable (paid for or stolen, 0bama phones, two junk cars in every front yard, etc.

Attention poor people of the world! Come to America, the streets are lined with gold and the government will give you everything you need......all you have to do is vote for what you want, just pick the candidate that promises the kind of goodies you are looking for.
