A99 fault in body design

I dont like the memory card door either.  It keeps opening up unintentionally when I use the camera.  It doesnt take much force to open the door, and often the palm of my hand gripping the camera and shifting around is enough to make it come loose.

Atleast the battery door has a latch to prevent accidental opening.

Sony could have designed both of these parts better, considering the prince...

I probably will resort to black electrical tape on the memory card door if it continues to slide open unintentionally

Aside from this, rest of the camera is nicely built.  Find it funny how they have very tactile rubber doors that open and cclose nicely on the accessory/hdmi port side.  Put flimsy doors on the memory card side.  Like the left side off the camera was designed by the pro team, and the right side of the camera, the amateur team...lol
