Well, the a77 just uses a stupid counter for its internal flash.
As I have understood it, this counter will force the flash to pause after 15 exposures, no matter how long apart those 15 exposures were.
So if you take 14 exposures, then pause for an hour, then take one more exposure, the camera will force the flash to pause to prevent it from overheating.
Let us hope they did not do something similar with the F60...
