Does the GH3 have a 16MP electronic shutter mode?

This page talks about "electronic shutter" in one pic of the menus, but then raves on about electronically controlled curtains - I think there's some confused advertising copy happening.

I suspect that the GH3 MUST have the same sort of electronic shutter as available on the G5. Big sad backward step if they didn't have it.
