The two stops noise advantage really doesn't apply below ISO6400 these days. So the larger sensor is better, but the small one is so good that it doesn't really matter so much any more.

Hello John, of course I agree (got a m43, happily married to it) and I would/could never want to carry an SLR (well, mainly the lenses....), but truth be told, when you compare old FF with modern m43, what you say about ISO might be true, but like for like, I dont think so, I guess you have a point with the wide open quality, but would that not be even more true for the 1 system, the smaller the more forgiving the lenses should be to rays not coming from close to the centre of the lenses?
