Time for DPR to remove the useless thumbs up

A benefit to having only upvoting is that it forces people to explain their point of view. If I disagree with a post and provide a thoughtful response explaining why, others who share my view can upvote that response.

If I simply down vote the original post, then we'd never learn *why* I and others disagreed.
