Blew it off with the blower and problem solved... Live view looking through the EVF will show you if you still have an issue... look up at the sky at f8 where its relatively clear blue and take a snap shot.. It its clean, you are OK... Exposed sensors are going to get dirty... Get used to it and just be prepared to blow it off... Most of the time that works...

The issue that HFKL is having with his camera is that the dust removal setting on his NEX-6 is not working. I replied to his entry with what I thought was a helpful hint. Direct your comment to him.
