A pixel is a terrible thing to waste.
Not sure how a google search is "noise" - my quick search just gave me the following great sites:

http://www.designfloat.com/blog/2012/06/13/free-adobe-lightroom-presets/
and about 3 more pages with useful stuff...
By "noise" I meant that most of the hits that Google returned were for "Lightroom" and not "Lightroom Presets", and the ones that did mention "presets" were mostly for purchase and not free.
I did keep searching but the only one in your list that I came across was "Preset Heaven".
Thank you for the links, that was exactly what I was looking for.
I'm not looking at presets as being the end-all and be-all of my editing but as a starting point and as a place to learn how to make my own presets.
