Which Canon zoom lens to purchase, 200 , or 300?

You have to weigh the uses

If the majority of your work is going to be daytime in decent light I'd go with the 70-300, mainly because I know from experience that even sometimes 300 isn't long enough. That lens is rated very well, along with the 200. The trouble with the 200 is a teleconverter only makes it a 280mm lens which helps so little it's hardly worth putting on. I think the 70-300L is the best bargain unless you live in a low light area or shoot alot in late light.
