Help!

Some papers work. Others don't. I used some Kodak Glossy once and the ink sat on top and took about 2-3 days to dry and then it still looked bad and streaked. Never soaked in enough I guess.

I've had pigments sit on top of others like I threw oil paint at the paper. Looked very odd (Fuji paper I think?). I could chip it off with my fingernail. Did the same once on canvas that I rolled up and then a bunch of flakes of ink were on it when I unrolled it.  Must have dried too fast.
