Look at it this way. If you had hired a carpenter and he shows up with a very small hammer and says "it wont do the job as well as a regular one, but it is easier to carry" - would you be happy?

It's not the hammer its how you swing it

OR

It's not the size of the lens its how your use it

Seriously though the quality of pretty much any camera today is good enough for pro use so why not just use a camera that makes photographer easier? For me that's a hybrid camera.

For many a hybrid is good enough, but I am sure the woman on the photo is a pro. For the heavy duty pro stuff like high end sports, the result from the bulkier FF DSLR equipment is simply better.
