If you're not going to at least try to make them look good when you use Lightroom, then you'd be better off just shooting JPEG with default noise reduction and posting that.

This is actually a good starting position based on my own experience. I used a masking setting slightly higher than the sharpening, which means that there's very little extra noise, while definition is clearly improved.

Anything else in terms of NR et al is a matter of taste and means you can't gain back what was lost (see OOC jpegs, including tons of artifacts). You're free to apply that yourself.
