That would be more complicated that the workflow i have with raw.

I load my raws gvbinto the computer, the choose the keepers. Then I make adjustments to the ones which needs adjustment. Then I export all the keepers. Done.

But in your case you need two parallel workflows, one for the keepers you can use directly, and one for the keepers you post process, and then merge the result when you are finished.
