d7000 and lenses ...help/advise

I was out of photography world for 2 years, I had oly E3 and oly lenses which I liked except for the ISO.

Without taking too much, I read reviews and think D7000 is better than D 5100, so I am leaning towards it.

I am thinking of 16-85 VR and 70 - 200 VR 2.8 OR 70-200 4.0 as my starting set up maybe with a 1.4 teleconvertor.

I certainly need advise on these lenses with D7000 or any cheaper better options. I am  amateur/enthusiast and my work is here
