Damn confused ... Please help me ... Entry level dSLR vs Bridge

Hi Friends

For the past couple of days, I was surfing for a better home camera. My priorities were ...

1. Image quality

2. At least 20x optical zoom

3. Fixed/single lens camera (will hate to carry lens)

4. Good full HD movies

5. Good low light performance

With in my budget, I was confused between Canon sx50hs and Panasonic fz200. Though sx50hs has double optical zoom of fz200, but quality degrades with more zoom above 25x. So I was more inclined towards fz200.

And to add my confusion, today I got a gift from office with a Nikon D3100 dSLR with 18-55mm VR lens kit. After few hours in internet I found both the D3100 and fz200 has approx of same price. And I have a option to exchange the camera with the store with a same or higher price (adding extra $ from my pocket) camera. I have few snaps of my friends D3100 and I love the quality but not sure about the quality of fz200. Also 18-55mm lens is too less as compared to 24x.

I'm really confused now. Please help me and suggest the best suit for me.
