Panny G5 I-Dynamic and I-Resolution questions

On my GH-2, even if I-Dynamics is enabled, it is not always applied. The activated level sets the maximum (!) level. Depending on the conditions in the image I-Dynamics may not be applied, or it may be applied with a lower level.The applied level can be reviewed in the image details.
