How do these look? (OM-D images)

Some back story guys and gals - I was attempting to solve shadow tinting problems with Lightroom and OM-D RAW files in high ISO situations when somehow I came upon a thread here at DPR where some poster gave out lightroom preset.

So I made this preset and tweaked it somewhat and ran a few of my images through.  Do these look okay to people?  I'm interested to know whether they are over-sharpened - I'm using a 2550x1440 monitor, so 1024px output to me always looks good and it's hard to tell if things look "too crunchy", etc.
