if you like the jpegs great..i shoot raw nad jpeg or just raw and convert them to high quality jpeg straight from the camera in sonys converter...then if i want pp after the conversion, its not the best way but a compromise of sorts and saves time by just batch converting the raws.here was my first attempt at proccesing a raw file and no matter how much i tried to eek out the same quality as the raw conversion it just wasnt there anymore(image info)to do it...the a100 had agreat jpeg engine at 100iso.with the frames per second speed and the buffer there is only so much a camera can do with a jpeg...jpegs can be great...for some its using more(or all)of what the camera captured for you...its a choice...no right or wrong about it,they both have benefits...thanks,brian
