Should US legalize recreational pot?

And have super strict laws against misuse.

• Selling to minors = life in prison.
• Driving while stoned (no accidents involved) = 5 years in prison without drugs of any kind.
• Causing death while driving stoned = 5 years in prison without drugs of any kind - then death penalty.
• Causing property damage while driving stoned = 5 years in prison without drugs of any kind, then work program to pay back all damages, all court costs and all lawyer fees.
• Toking up in public = 5 years in prison without drugs of any kind.
• Toking up in private around pets = death penalty.
• Toking up in private around kids = life in prison without drugs of any kind, no visitation from minors.
