Do you have another one ( unattached ) so we can see the machined surface that mates up with the K-mount?   That will speak volumes as to what is going on.   Perhaps a link to a similar image from the vendor?

I've had K-mount lenses stuck on cheap extension tubes / rings with the lens rotated by 120 degrees.  The size of the three blades on the is lightly different and would prevent the lens from being removed.   It was a { expletive deleted } to get it undone.
