The lenses you mention are very nice because they are very small. I like the Pen-F 20/3.5 very much on my NEX.
The best legacy wide I have seen is the Olympus OM 24/2.8. It is a very sharp lens, even in the corners. It performs better than the Canon FD wides, and is very compact for a SLR lens. There is also a f/2 version, but I never had one.
