thanks all for the wonderful feedback, hopefully I will have learnt more in my next photos.

1. composition, i'm always guilty of pressing the shutter too quick without thinking or even framing properly.

2. light & exposure, this is still a bit alien to me, but I'll try to learn.

4. cropping, I think this one should be easy.

3. PP, this is not my cup of tea. And i'm always struggling to make the image pop. Anyone can link me to a tutorial somewhere is mostly welcome. I use lightroom.

For the last image, I have another one but still the boat is not at 1/3, not sure if you like it better.
