I agree with Tedolf here, except I would suggest a little more recent body due to better sensor performance (either the EPL5 or Panasonic GX1). You can also get a viewfinder for either one of these, which I would also suggest, as bright daylight can make the LCD harder to see.

Advantages to the EPL5 would be a really great sensor, flip out LCD for surruptitious shooting, and IBIS. The GX1 will do video a bit better than the EPL5, and it has a built-in flash, and much more comprehensive button controls on the body.

Either the E-M5 or the GH3 are going to make you very visible. I'd go small and inconspicuous instead.
