Hmm. I haven't really considered the smaller Olympus bodies mainly due to thinking a more rugged camera would be better.

Don't listen to Tedolf. The small Oly cameras are no good for video and can't even use IBIS in video mode.

With an OIS lens and IBIS turned off, the Oly's PENs work just like the Panny's do in video.

I think the botm line is that the GH cameras are by far the best choice if your are equally interested in stills and video. I would suggest that you check out the videocentric reviews at EOSHD.com If you can't wait for a GH3, or want to save money, you might go with a GH2 instead.

Oly did their E-pl1 television advertisedment with an E-pl1.
