Recommendations for handheld documentary/social/street/photojournalism? + OM-D E-M5 or GH3

I have my doubts I can afford the new Panasonic lenses for the GH3 that are weather sealed, at least not both. So if I get the GH3, one or both lenses will not have OIS if they are going to be weather sealed.

Is Bernies Photo Center new or what??!!! I can't believe I haven't found this place yet. Apparently I haven't looked hard enough. I will be visiting Bernie this weekend. Awesome!
