Need help please with microsoft office 2010

Hi Everyone,

Just bought laptop and it came with microsoft office 2010 pre-installed I have got product key that came with the packages but when i put the product key it keeps saying invalid key, i don't know to uninstall as it's pre-installed with the laptop.

Please can someone help or if anyone had the same problems would like to know how they solved that problem, not having any luck contacting microsoft help and support at the moment.
