Is it possible to get exposure time over 1s with Ixus 1100 HS (ELPH 510 HS)

According to the specification in the maximum exposure which can be achieved is 15s. Unfortunately I was not able to get even close to that value in any of the capture modes. Does anybody knows how I can get those 15s exposure time?
