NEX-6 Video Tips

I received my NEX-6 last night and coming from a Nikon D200 background I have almost no video experience. Tomorrow, my 6-year old kid is giving a 2 minute piano recital in a theater and I'd like to capture it on video.

I'm planning on using the SEL55-210 since we'll likely be some distance from the stage. I will take a tripod. I'll also have plenty of storage (64GB SD card) and three batteries which should be sufficient for 2 mins

In playing around with video mode at home I've learned that auto-ISO is a good idea for video (even though I hate it for conventional photography).

Any other hints or tips on camera settings or technique for this newbie?
