After spending money on the NEX-7, I'm not sure selling it and getting the NEX-6 is worth it. Actually the camera bodies are exactly the same size. The difference is the kit lens, and you can get the 16-50mm lens that is the kit on the 6 for your 7 as well. However, I was not too impressed with the 16-50mm kit lens. I don't like the rocker switch for zoom. I like it all manual, manual is more precise, and it has no lens hood. I'm just waiting to see what the review is on this website about the lens. If it's very positive then I may consider it. However, reports on this site about it have not been too good. However the most positive thing I can say about the NEX-6 is the actual selection wheel on top of the camera as opposed to the virtual selection wheel you have to dig into the minu on the NEX-7. Faster focus on the NEX-6 will probably be to your advantage if you take action photos, but I don't, so the focusing on the NEX-7 does just fine. It's a decision you will have to make, I don't think anybody here can do it for you.
